PRICING AND FEES

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, services are negotiated and priced on a per-project or service-engagement basis. Any applicable third-party costs, vendor charges, equipment costs, or other expenses will be addressed in the applicable agreement or invoice.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of an invoice. For engagements involving multiple phases or milestones, Moore House Assets Inc. may require milestone-based payments as specified in the applicable agreement.
LATE PAYMENTS
Amounts not paid when due may be subject to reasonable late charges or other collection costs to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable client agreement. Moore House Assets Inc. may suspend or discontinue services for accounts with materially overdue balances after providing appropriate notice.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because consulting services may involve time, planning, research, coordination, and other work performed specifically for a client, refunds are generally not available for services already performed. Cancellation terms will be established in the applicable service agreement when appropriate. If a client cancels an engagement after work has begun, the client may remain responsible for fees associated with work completed and approved expenses incurred before cancellation. Any refund, credit, or cancellation accommodation will be determined according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information reasonably necessary for Moore House Assets Inc. to perform the agreed services. Delays or limitations caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by a client may affect project timelines and outcomes.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Moore House Assets Inc. may assist clients with identifying, evaluating, or coordinating third-party vendors and service providers. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Moore House Assets Inc. does not guarantee the performance, availability, pricing, quality, or conduct of independent third parties.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Consulting services are provided based on the information, circumstances, and objectives applicable to an engagement. Moore House Assets Inc. does not guarantee a particular business, financial, operational, property, or expansion result.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies, written content, templates, processes, and other materials developed or provided by Moore House Assets Inc. remain the property of Moore House Assets Inc. Clients receive only the rights expressly granted under the applicable agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moore House Assets Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or consulting services. Any limitations applicable to a specific consulting engagement may also be established in the applicable written agreement.
WEBSITE USE
The website and its content are provided for general informational purposes. Users may not use the website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that interferes with its operation, security, or availability.
